So arrived on Thursday. Was not excepting heavy snow to be honest.
It’s a bit inconvenient with a suitcase. Hope the little wheels will last.
Left my helmet, favourite hat scarf on the bus.. Devastated.
One of the biggest film festival took place this week in Berlin, hv seen Leonardo Dicaprio dedicating his new film.
My hotel looking good, the owner is cool too. There some Spanish guys next door, one of them was kind enough to offer me his helmet so that I could skate the event, plus even took me to the venue.
Unfortunately didn’t like my new skates, this was the first time I got chance to try them anyway, so good I got my old ones on me. Even if they broken. Will do. So enjoyed playing around in the park. Amazing event, had so much fun.
So many ppl came up to me, and met some familiar faces too. Was good to catch up. I was then introduced to the Hungarians. There were a few of them.
Also liked the fact that lots of us came from the UK.
The party wasn’t my style, but then again, ppl made it special.
Next day I went to place I hv not seen in Berlin yet.Including the East side Gallery. Got lost in the market, had the best coffee ever in my life there!
Was a nice Valentines treat.
Soon I was in the local park for a session. After 5 min warm up some crazy guy bumped into me with full speed out of nowhere, knocking me down to the floor. Wasn`t able to stand on my feet after that. Was so upset it happened like this, that I hv to suffer from someone else`s fault. But recon at least he learnt from it. Made my way back to the hotel with my suitcase on foot. Was extremely painful and long, could hhv called a taxi, but had to make sure im strong and challenge myself. Anyway I just like coping without any help.
Now having a nice tea outside with my feet buried in the snow. Guess my shinbone is broken plus my knee is too. Will hv to start packing since im off to Edinburgh tomorrow. Yuhejj
