I hv enjoyed a few peaceful weeks in Spain, I hv become a sand castle expert.
Never quite spent time in Sheffo so moved here for now. The one thing I hv to mention, the bus drivers. Can`t get along with `em. They either stoned or insane. The other night I was about to catch a bus to town, asked if it was going there. He went: one forty.
So I got off and waited for bus 140 but before long I realized he meant the fare. Obviously that was the last service, meaning I hv to put up with the sheep in the field till the mo.
Next day as it happened, the same driver was in charge. Thats when I pulled out my moneybox, and strated counting the pennies. You should hv seen his face when I reached 140! Lesson learned I think.
Apart from this n the weather I quite like it here. I hv been checking out a spot for weeks, sitting nearby day by day, viewing it from diff perspectives, playing with the idea of skating it. And the How to-s.
This weekend I felt ready to hit it up, so dressed up real nice, polished my boots n off I went. My efforts to pay attention to all details hv payed off after all. Check out the shots. I had these images in my head for quite some time before I got a chance to shoot them.
The building functions as a restaurant, but was closed at the time. Yet ppl started gathering, including the owner when saw me on the roof. I was accused of bulgralizing. We talked things through and I said my appologies. Believe it or not I got them hooked! They invited me back, saying it was pretty dark and low lighting conditions results in poor pics. The day after I hv even got my own photographer, a random half pissed dude from the pub across the road who only had one arm but was so egaer to help. Then to finish off a good day we all had a lovely meal in the rest & a pint or two later on.
Next update is expected soon when I`ll announce something highly exciting! Aloha.
